Please complete your student’s Annual Data Confirmation in the Aeries Parent Portal before the first day of school.

How to complete Data Confirmation:

1. Log in

Open the Aeries Parent Portal using the link below.

2. Select your student

Choose the student whose information you need to review.

3. Open Data Confirmation

Look for Data Confirmation under the Student Info menu.

4. Review each section

Check and update:

Parent and guardian contact information

Emergency contacts

Medical and health information

Required district forms

Photo and media permissions

5. Submit your confirmation

Make sure every section is complete, then submit the final confirmation.

Please complete this process as soon as possible so we have accurate information before school begins.
